excellent foodfriendly staff

i liked the excellent food taste and variety. my kids had fun in the kids pool area, also the west wing pool was nice. most staff members were friendly. i appreciate chef wagdy, chef ayman, chef khairy, and chef mohamed ismail for their excellent service and hospitality.

housekeeping made our room daily in perfect condition, it was cleaned daily by ahmed. our meal at the dolphin restaurant was delicious and the rooms included mini-bar cola, fanta, and sprite.

The room was a Beautiful Sea View Room, and it featured two separate sinks. I appreciated that. A rainfall shower was available. The restaurant had multiple cuisines, and the food tasted very delicious. Staff members were friendly. They seemed available whenever I needed assistance.

The pool music was a little too loud for my taste, it was hard to relax sometimes.

The pools were impeccably clean. housekeeping service was professional. Staff always ensured needs were met. the lebanese restaurant deserves special mention, as they serve delicious meals.

The tv did not work , and the bath leaked when i used the shower. the tiling looked poorly finished. It lacked attention to detail. i would rate this experience closer to 4 stars. rather than 5.
